How We Calculate Your Fluid Target

General Adult Guideline (used above)

Base = Weight(kg) × 33 ml + Activity adjustment (0–1000 ml) + Climate adjustment (0–600 ml) + Special condition adjustment (0–700 ml)

Holliday-Segar Formula (clinical reference)

First 10 kg: 100 ml/kg Next 10 kg: + 50 ml/kg Each kg after 20 kg: + 20 ml/kg
